This blog post will explain how to create a customer in a2billing. A customer is the same as a calling card. There is an option to make the calling card a prepaid or postpaid one. That can be chosen in the payment type option. Most calling cards sold on the market today are prepaid ones. There is a option to set the minimum number of digits for the customers pin. That will be displayed in the account number text field. A cash balance has to be assigned to a customer. That can be set in the in the balance text field. It is important to assign a customer a call plan.
When the customer is assigned a certain call plan, it determines what countries can be called by the user of the card. Most calling cards are marketed to allow users to call phone numbers from certain countries.
